Originally a three bedroom ground floor bungalow, this project necessitated the complete covering of the building with a temporary roof. The existing roof was then totally removed, a new roof constructed two metres higher then converted to provide two spacious bedrooms and an additional first-floor bathroom. The master bedroom incorporated a dressing room.

The project added around 70% to the total floor space of the existing building and was completed to a programme of sixteen weeks. (A similar project was completed recently in Staines, Middlesex).

This two story extension comprised an extended lounge, garage kitchen/dining room and incorporated enlargement of all four bedrooms adding an en-suite shower room to the master.

This three bedroom detached property in Pyrford had recently been purchased by our clients. Their project comprised of a complete strip-out of the existing, dated, kitchen and bathroom fixtures and fittings. The airing cupboard stripped and bathroom enlarged.

All walls and ceilings were refinished then refitted with high quality kitchen units, work tops, bathroom suite and units and Aqualisa Quality electronically pumped shower.

Walls and floors finished with high specification tiles complete with underfloor heating.

2 storey rear extension approx 50 m² in Hersham providing additional living space and complete re-rendering of external walls for a domestic client. Contract duration 16 weeks.
